I teach at Almeria Middle School in the Fontana Unified School District in the City of Fontana, San Bernardino County, California. I am currently the Instructional Support Teacher for Math and I primarily teach Math 180 and FastMath/Do the Math.
I am interested in Computer Science because technology is lacking at my school and in our district, not to mention in the homes of many of our students (not counting cell phones). And, I teach using the blended learning model, so Computer Science seems likes a perfect fit for what I teach.
Outside of the classroom I like to watch Netflix movies, garden, ride my bicycle, do martial arts (kickboxing and karate), and work on jigsaw puzzles.
