Sorry your student ran into this problem. Is this just on one activity or on multiple activities?

I would suggest you submit a bug report to [code.org](http://code.org) at [support@code.org](mailto:support@code.org) or by having the student submit a bug report by clicking on the question mark in the upper right hand corner of the screen and then on “report a problem”.
