# Any way to create a new screen programmatically?

I can’t seem to find a way to create a new screen via code (I can’t create it via design because of how my program works). I was wondering if there is any way to do this i.e. create a new blank screen with an id then setScreen to that new screen and continue. I tried create canvas, but that isn’t really what I wanted, I want an actual screen so I can use setScreen.

Welcome to the forum! I don’t have an answer but I am assuming you asking about AppLab and not GameLab. I have moved the topic to AP CSP Unit 5. You are more likely to get an answer there rather in the uncategorized forum. If I’m wrong let me know and I can move it over to GameLab.
