# Bubbles down? lesson 10

When I click on bubbles 4-8 I get a notice that the site is down. When my students log in, they are able to see and perform each task.

Anyone else have similar problems?

I wonder if the browser you are using matters. I always use Chrome when working on [code.org](http://code.org). I hope this solves the problem. If not please let me know.

Hi Billie,

If you’re still having problems seeing the levels, can you choose “Report a Bug” from the menu at the top right of the screen in either the lesson plan or Code Studio? This will open a support ticket and help us to track down and correct the problem.
