# Canvas SSO help

Question: my students are having trouble logging into [Code.org](http://Code.org) from Canvas. I’ve synched my rosters, but when students click on the link, it takes them to a log in page. When they try logging in with [Code.org](http://Code.org)’s username and password, it doesn’t recognize their account. We tried logging in with Google’s SSO, but this also doesn’t work.

Hi @kmmazurek,

I’m sorry this is causing trouble! I have not gone through this process myself, but I checked out some of the support documents on the [code.org](http://code.org) website. This one seemed like it might be the most helpful:

- [Single Sign on with Canvas](https://support.code.org/hc/en-us/articles/24825250283021-Single-Sign-On-with-Canvas) - Based on what it says here, most integration issues happen when [Code.org](http://Code.org) Integration not being installed correctly at the LMS level. They suggest you work with your administrator to ensure the steps in [this article are completed](https://support.code.org/hc/en-us/articles/23123273783437-Install-the-Code-org-Integration-for-Canvas).

It also includes a [link to start a support ticket](https://support.code.org/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=14998494738829&tf_23889708=lms_eaf) should the info on that site not be enough. I hope you are able to resolve the issue quickly!
