# Code.org Won't Load for a Student

Student has been trying to access [code.org](http://code.org) but nothing appears. She can sign in, but once she does it is blank except for the navigation bar and footer of the page. She can click on the links up top but nothing appears. She cannot sign out or access anything. I had her update her chromebook and restart it. Still hasn’t fixed the problem.

I’ve found the same to be true for myself and my students, sadly. Once you sign in: wow, such empty.

I got a response back from support. They said clear your cookies/cache. It worked after I did that

This happens in my school as well, or students can not get past the sign in screen. We figured out that students need to restart the chromebook due to security updates that require a restart to load. Should fix the issues.

I know this thread is old but many students in my school district are having the same issue. Clearing the cache helps 80% of the time. What should they do if that doesn’t fix the issue?
