I created 4 class sections but cannot unlock the pre-survey in any of them. Must they be populated with students in order for the unlock to work?

@jrverlin I recommend you hit “Report a Bug” from the menu in the top right of the [Code.org](http://Code.org) website. This will allow us to see some of your account information and hopefully get to the bottom of the issue. You might also find something useful [in this support article](https://support.code.org/hc/en-us/articles/115001331951-Using-lock-settings-for-assessments-and-surveys).

Hope that helps!
