http://www.slnova.org/kimberly.hayden/projects/96597/ Second remix project. Although I could not figure out how to get my slider to manipulate the data. I have one from the 3 day workshop that counts data and I can change the reactants in my reaction. I am just going to have to go back and spend some time working with it and figure it out again. I do like the ability to manipulate reactants as it allows students to see what could happen if you change the concentration of a solution.

My saved projects wouldnât run (though they were wonderful in June), so I started over. Mine is pretty simple, but it was hard to remember how to do it. Iâm not sure the take camera feature really helps. It just made me pretty dizzy!

kinda coolâŚdid the camera attachment to an agent, added extreme wiggle and modified environment along with some extra conditionals.

I am having some trouble, will try again on Sunday or later⌠Any suggestions.
I added new elements to existing models and as I did it reminded me how things wok in the real world⌠We are adding ans subtracting variables. No system in nature is static so our computer models need to reflect that as well.
I have really had a difficult time and seem to be going quite slowly. I am going to hang in there and will continue to plow through it.

With this remix, I adjusted the wiggle involved with the âwater molecules.â

I added a camera to a breed and added extreme wiggle of random 90 degrees. This is still applicable if animals or molecules have a more drastic motion and it is a different perspective when adding a camera to a breed.

I could not get everything to work as expected. I thought I created a new breed of rabbits, but I donât see that I have rabbits and penguins in my world. I thought I added a conditional that if the shape was a rabbit, change the color to blue, but I donât see that either, so I am stumped. I thought I added a slider and a collision, butâŚ
What I like about a remix, is that it doesnât screw with the original coding. If it doesnât work, it doesnât affect your project, so you donât have to begin again.
So confused now, Iâm following the PD, but I still cannot access or create projects from my chromebook or my mac book pro. Frustrating!

I changed a few of the suggestions from the list above. I really like giving agents the camera. I know students would enjoy seeing that perspective since that is what they see when most of them game.

I was able to add the camera and it felt like a more zoomed in view of my reactions. I was also able to add some additional conditions upon collisions in my reaction.
