We missed the online talk “My Journey: Using Computer Science to Keep People Safe” and I’m trying to watch the recording (from the email with the text " If you’d like to access the event recording, you can find it [here](https://clicks.eventbrite.com/f/a/vIodvJ89Yzs1lkJT_JrGOw~~/AAQxAQA~/RgRkEzIeP0R_aHR0cHM6Ly9jb2RlLnpvb20udXMvcmVjL3BsYXkvUUFWNTBUQmJkUGt1UVN1ZG5hODRYU1BUb1kwOTJUaXRiLW81M0RBU2g5VEpGd1EwY3lrVkRlTGRIazY0N2lsSF9xZllrZS15QzV4cjdjWGouNE5CS2xhLURxQUVpRlg5dVcDc3BjQgpiKp7-MWILu9GRUhlza2VubmVyQHNoYXJvbnNjaG9vbHMubmV0WAQAAAAA)."
The video will not download. I get the message “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
We would be interested in watching this video.
thank you,

Hi @skenner,

I was able to play the video although not download it. Could it be blocked by your firewall? Can you authenticate or try to view it on a different network?

Wow - thank you. I just tried it at home and it works! Our firewall never blocks anything at school (LOL) so it never occurred to me. Greatly appreciate the tip.
