# Some students aren't able to save work on the lettered code.org courses?

Several of my students are encountering issues with their work not wanting to save. Some are distance learning, so I can’t always verify 100% that they are signed in. However, one of my students was working on course f in our in person class. She was logged into her [code.org](http://code.org) account, unfortunately none of her progress was saving as she passed lessons! Other students have complained of the same issue, and have assured me they saw their names at the top of the screen and were indeed signed in.

Hi @mfranzen,

I know that is frustrating. Course F sounds like Fundamentals? If you believe it is something happening consistently, I would report to [support](https://support.code.org/hc/en-us/requests/new) with the course and lesson numbers and student names so they can take a deeper look and make any fixes or adjustments.
