# Student can no longer access lessons

Student is not able to access their project or lessons any longer. Logging in same as usual with microsoft acct. I can see the student in the class through my dashboard. Student receives error. See attached screenshot. She is not jumping ahead is the lesson she is trying to access is not “hidden”. Realize this is not the right forum but wasnt sure which other to use.  
THanks for any help you can provide.

Hi @denise.reichard,

Sorry you’re having trouble. Which unit/lesson is this occurring for? Is it isolated to this one student? One possibility is that she is trying to access an older version of the course; the URL should say “csd-2019”:

If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend emailing [support@code.org](mailto:support@code.org) with your email address as well as the student’s so that they can investigate further.

Thank you for the information. It is isolated to one student and she can no longer access any lessons in Unit 2.

I will check the version she is trying to access or contact the info you provided.
