# U2 Lesson 4 Not saving student work

Since this involves an individual account, you may want to reach out to [support@code.org](mailto:support@code.org) for help on this. I think you’ve tried what I would have … (ie. making sure the student is signed in and watching them save).

Hopefully support can help you diagnose it.
