My students are having trouble uploading the Excel file (.csv) to [code.org](http://code.org) Error uploaded - this type of file is not supported. ---

Hi @dsmith ! Students should be able to upload a CSV, assuming it meets the formatting guidelines. If you’re getting a “file type not supported” error, then I wonder if Excel converted the file to its `.xls` filetype? If so, you might need to do “Save As” to save it as a CSV file. My student created a form to survey, then viewed the responses, & clicked view in Sheets (Google), then clicked file download as .csv & saved it. then went to upload the file and still got the error.
