Is there a way to make actual apps that can be downloaded from Google Play Store or the ITunes from these programs?

From my understanding these apps are just web pages and thus you would need to do some additional coding(make an app that just shows the web page) to make an app that would be able to be submitted to either place.

You might check out [https://www.glideapps.com/](https://www.glideapps.com/) it allows you to create an app from a Google Sheet. Takes a little getting use to but students can use a QR code to access their app and share it with anyone they want.
