I have a student whose code for the create project does not meet the requirements. He does not have a loop or a parameter in the function. Can I tell him to go back and fix it or is that against AP policy?

I believe that it was required that students could not use practice PTs as bases to develop their Create PTs in the past, but think that’s changed. Can anyone confirm?
