John Heffernan, PhD, is currently Innovation Center Teacher at the Pioneer Valley Regional Schools. He designs and implements innovative engineering experiences. John is also Part Time Lecturer at Tufts Center for Engineering Education and Outreach. John’s research interest is the engineering processes of K-12 students. John is a recipient of MASSCUE Pathfinder and Presidential Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics and Science awards.
