I am a K-12 Computers/Technology CTE teacher at Marty Indian School in Marty, SD. The first workshop I went to was a Fundamentals workshop in Pierre, SD in August of 2016, and I have been an advocate of Code.org ever since. I started teaching elementary computer programming that year. After that I was given the opportunity to go to the Phoenix 2018 TeacherCon to be trained in CS Discoveries, and a little closer to home in Rapid City for CS Principles. I even was given the opportunity to shake hands and pose for a picture with Hadi at TeacherCon which was awesome .
