Click to edit position descriptionSteve utilizes the train-the-trainer approach in preparing lead teachers and other school-site leaders, at multiple schools, for the integration of personal computing devices to be delivered to each student and teacher, together with the operating systems, tools, applications, and content to be loaded on such devices (collectively, the “Common Core Technology Resources”) into Common Core State Standard (CCSS) aligned lessons.

• Demonstrates the operation and functionality of the Common Core Technology Resources to lead teachers and other school site leaders.

• Provides guidance on the most appropriate and effective manner of training teachers and students on the operations and functionality of the Common Core Technology Resources.

• Guides lead teachers and other school-site leaders on how to access the Common Core Technology Resources and identify and select resources for curriculum support.

• Facilitates training on how to ensure equity of access to Common Core Technology Resources for all students.
