Growth Mindset in ECS Classroom

Encouraging a growth mindset, for my students, involves getting them to think about the process and not the solution. I guess basically, I use a great deal of case studies and tell them that they should find a solution using whatever method and resources they desire. I also let them know in these case studies that there is no right or wrong answer or way. The primary goal is to get them to think critically. Once they believe they have solved the problem or developed a resolution to a scenario, they MUST be able to support/argue their solution. The growth mindset in this manner, in my classroom, is about focusing on the process and NOT the solution–as opposed to worrying about whether their answer/solution is right or wrong.
