A little confused with the example activity

The lesson states to make sure that students understand the example before moving on to the challenge, but I think I may be confused. Are the students using the same order of card values as the example shows on the activity guide? Or do they lay out their cards in whatever order they fall and then try the example code?

Is the purpose just to have them experience using the SWAP command?

Students need to understand how the SWAP command works. The big takeaway is that the hands need to go back to their original positions. In human machine language, it happens ‘magically’. Some students might ponder how that could happen. Great discussion and connections to future lessons!

That’s what I thought, but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a deeper connection I was missing.

Thank you!
