Libraries are a big factor in most real world programming situations. While Code.org has the option to share and use libraries, our kids in my opinion are not taught it enough. We need to at least shortly run them over how much importance a library holds and how it works to make one and import one. The real JS world has a huge use for libraries and many people end up needing or using one. If we could add something or be able to go over them that would be awesome. It’s a great skill to know and an even better one to teach. A plus side is also that it’s not that hard to pick up/understand.
Unit 7 lessons 5 through 10 cover libraries.
