Crosswalk between CSA CED version and Objects first

I have created a crosswalk between the CED version and the Objects first version. (I have Units 1 and 2 done. I will work on Units 3 and 4 soon) I added links to the guided notes and extra practice because those resources are missing from the CED version. I am using the CED version but have used the Objects first for the last few years. I loved the resources from the Objects first and most of them can be used in the CED order.
