Does this u7 project meet selection and iteration requirements?

Hello,
My student turned this in for her library project in Unit 7. I believe it’s missing two of the criteria, selection and iteration, because it does not contain a for loop or a conditional statement in any of the functions. However, I’m not sure I’m correct about this, because it does select a random artwork. Could someone take a look at it and tell me what you think?

Agreed there is no selection or iteration anywhere in the code.
