I’m confused on the use of sampling here… in Lesson 8 an increase in sampling had more pixels and better representation of an analog image… in this lesson an increase in sampling has fewer pixels and a worse representation…
I think the vocabulary here can get a little confusing because it is so similar!

Increasing the number of samples you take (ie adding more squares to your grid on Lesson 8) will make a better representation.

Increasing the size of each sample (ie. increasing the size of each square and thus decreasing the number of squares) will make a worse representation.
It can be unclear when people say ‘sample size’ whether they mean the number of samples (as frequently used in statistics) or they mean the literal size of the box being represented by one pixel.
