I cannot take credit for the idea and do not know who’s idea this was originally to give credit to (sorry about that but thank you for the analogy - this came up in our summer workshop so a poster was made). This is to help explain ordering in game lab, how the bottom layer comes first. The analogy is like making a pizza. The crust (bottom layer) is the first thing to add, then the sauce, cheese, and toppings. In game lab the bottom layer, the first thing to add, is the background. Then from there you can talk about what comes next in game lab.
