I struggled with this unit initially. Especially so when using the lesson as provided in our ECS Curriculum. However, I found to two resources that my students really liked. If nothing else, they helped me to better grasp how to best present these concepts before I introduced the lesson. Students really liked them too.

Thank you for sharing some outsources that go along with Binary. I like to have the students work as a class, in groups and pairs to flip the binary cards over if they are being used (or they we call it flipping the switch from 0 to 1 and the students like playing that. It seems more of a game.
