When i opened this document in the teaching guide for 3.5 creating functions, the document said it is the 2017 version. Is that being updated for 2018 or will the existing document still apply?

Hi Jim,
The document says Effective 2017. That means that its the one being used until a new version comes out. There was not a new version released this year so that means that that is still the current version.
