How do I do Footers?

This is a loosely made link to lesson 7 when students can license their sites through creative commons. I’ve always interpreted this as a place to do directly guided use of the http://creativecommons.org/choose site where students can choose the licensing criteria & it generates the code for the image and legal information they then paste to the bottom (foot) of the page. I could be wrong, but that’s all I’ve ever put there.
