Providing Feedback for Students

Hi Everyone,

This has been my first time teaching CS Discoveries and in reflection it went well. Where I feel like there could have been improvement on my end is providing feedback to students while they code and specifically when they get stuck. Whenever the students got stuck their number one reaction was coming to me to bail them out. I’m curious if anyone has specific strategies or tools you have used (outside of the feedback bar in code.org) to provide feedback to students and help them improve their coding practices. Thanks in advance!
