Rubric Needed for Mix & Match with AI
Can you tell me more about what you’re looking for?
Hello code.org,
Hello Code.org Team,
My students were working on Mix & Move with AI during a recent evaluation, and student assessment for this activity was discussed. I shared the Progress Report to demonstrate how I monitor student work in real-time and provide timely, constructive feedback.
I wanted to ask if there is a rubric, assessment guide, or any additional documentation for this activity that I could share with my evaluator to further illustrate how student learning and progress are assessed.
Thank you for your support.

So the Mix & Move with AI curriculum falls under the Hour of Code activities. This means it doesn’t formalize the assessment aspect. It is only meant as an introductory activity to provide exposure. Code does offer Programming with Music Lab as a full semester curriculum geared toward grades 6-12. There may be a rubric in there you could glean and modify to meet the needs of the Mix & Move with AI assessment. Maybe someone else has some ideas too! These are truly great activities. I’m happy your students get to try them!
Thank you!
