With the new design, Units are no longer numbered. Is there a particular order that should be followed? For example, we are using the Creating Apps w/ Devices unit. Should we have completed a different unit first? Is there a scope and sequence?
This is a great question. Even when they were numbered, they were all designed to be self standing units that could be completed in any order. It is/was usually recommended to complete the problem solving unit first, however many of those lessons have now been integrated into the other units.
So, although there are units that may contribute to better understanding the Apps w/Devices unit, there are no prerequisites and the best “scope and sequence” if you wanted to follow one would probably be the original order of the units.
