Semester Long AP CSP Pacing Suggestions?

Hi,
Im a first time AP CSP teacher and I’ve been tasked with teaching the course in one semester, starting when we return from winter break. We normally have daily, 90 minute block classes (although things look a little different given the current distance teaching).

Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions about ways to make everything fit before the AP Test? Are all “Projects” essential or are there some that can be eliminated? Are there some units that can be glossed over a bit quicker?

Has anyone every taught the course in this time frame?

Here is a discussion thread where teachers are discussing this topic. Even though this may be for the previous version of the curriculum, you could perhaps reach out to some of the teachers and see how they are teaching the new version in a semester.
