Text tool in animation tab?

There is no text tool in the animation tab? Thought for sure I had seen it there?! Student wants to put text on a rectangle to serve as a sign.

I don’t recall there ever being a text option there, but you could create a graphic using another editing tool such as pixlr.com and then save it as a .png or .jpg file that could be uploaded to the GameLab animations tab.
