I think I read somewhere that you can do anything with css (but of course some things are more difficult to do than others). I’m also not an expert, but I have taught myself to make some basic navbars.
W3Schools has some good starter lessons here
Again, this is a little outside the scope of unit 2, and I would definitely start with W3Schools or a similar tutorial site, but here’s an example I made. If you click on “view code” at the bottom of the page, you can see my code and from there if you want to see the .css styling, look for the “style.css” link on line 10 of my code and click on it.
