Is there an Undo Button or Undo command when working in Design mode? For example, if you add a button to the screen move it to a different position, can you “undo” so that it returns to the the spot you moved it from.

There does not appear to be an “undo” function, unfortunately. I just tried it and did Ctrl+z as well as Edit > Undo, neither worked.
Your best bet may be to use the version history and revert to a recent version. Not the same, I know.

You can make a feature request by writing to support@code.org.
You can toggle between block and text mode using the button on the right next to version history.
