Unit 4 add hyperlink

Hi Everyone!
One of my students would like to have a button that links to an outside webpage on their APP for Unit 4. I’m interested in combining what they learned in Unit 2 with Unit 4 so they can see the relationship between javaScript and HTML/CSS. Any ideas?
