The first bubble says to play with the Quote Maker App. Is there supposed to be any starter code in the first bubble for them to play? There is no code. There isn’t anything for them to play around and see what happens. I’ve copied and pasted the code from the teacher’s example solution, and nothing runs???
The Make lessons do not have any code. Students are expected to see how the app runs (hints on what functionality to focus on are provided in the instructions) and reproduce the functionality in the next bubble. I tried the example code and it works. You have to type something in the “Quote” textbox and then select a font family, color and font size from the dropdown menus and slider. I hope this helps.
