I am just curious as to the rationale for parameters and returns simultaneously. Students aren’t required to have a return in the Create PT (I know there are questions with return on the AP exam) but they MUST understand how to use a parameter appropriately. I would really like to see lessons that first practice implementing and using parameters and then later implement return statements.
This is an interesting idea and I can definitely see the rationale. Perhaps this is something to think about in the updates for next year.
