Hi. I have a question, a student accesses App Lab via his iPad. When in Design Mode, he is unable to drag any elements from the Design Toolbox onto the mockup screen.
Anyone have any idea why this problem occurs and how it can be fixed?

Sorry for the trouble. Generally speaking Code.org products are always compatible with tablets because of the click and drag. Has the student done anything with the coding part and been able to click and drag the blocks of code onto? If they can do that, then it’s a bug and I’d submit a report. If they can’t drag and drop blocks then it’s a device issue.

I had similar trouble with new laptops. sStudents had to pull ( flip) the screen from the top of the screen down and move the blocks on that page, then they seem to be free to be moved with cursor or finger.
It seemed to be an issue after we upgraded.
