Quick question for everyone. Are students allowed to use any of the build in code.org datasets for their AP CREATE PT? Can those be used as their list for the project or do they need to develop their own lists to use?

Using the built in datasets should be fine for the Create PT. You have to get the data from the datasets and put it in a list, so that list should work as their data abstraction.
I assume these data sets need to be documented as code.org data sets? @gjschmidt
Yes I would add a comment saying the dataset was from code.org or if you really want to be more precise on the source of the data you can click on the data tab, find the dataset and click “More info.” That will take to a page and there is a source link that takes you to the real source of that dataset. For example the real source for the Dogs dataset is https://thedogapi.com/.
