Create Task Problem

My student is working on his Create Task, and he is writing a program which requires sprite functionality. This is not available in Code Studio, but it is in App Lab. Has anyone encountered this problem, and how did you resolve?

Hi @jbelford,

I am not sure what you mean by “Code Studio” vs. “App Lab”. Sprites are located in Game Lab which is separate from App Lab. Theoretically your student could do their create task in Game Lab.

Can you clarify what your student is working with? Is there a reason they don’t want to use Game Lab?

I also have a student doing this. I told him that we would not cover sprites in class, but if he wanted to explore them on his own he could search for tutorials online. He has stumbled a bit, but seems to be finding what he needs.
