This is a discovery! Using 100% of my 32gb ram sometimes and 30% cpu
All I was trying to do is run my code.org app lab drawing program on my pc because it keeps aw snap on my Chromebook 
Not necessarily, ive actually managed to crash CDO when loading pseudo videos on gamelab seems like you might have a memory leak on your program though to have so much ram being consumed by a single tab
