How to grade the end unit of the lesson

For lesson 31 of the Express Course 2025, how is that graded? I don’t see how it is obvious for that.

I have them, but don’t understand, is the grade from them sharing the code and me reviewing the code?

I’m sure there are a lot of different ways to handle it. I also like to use peer reviewing and before turning it in to me, they review the projects of other students.
