How to make a printout of the code

Call me old fashioned, but sometimes it drives me nuts looking at just the code that fits in the “Workspace” corner of the screen when coding or helping students to debug their code.
How can I get a printout of the text code and or block code with line numbers to be able to look at the entire App at one time?
