Issue With Student's Ability to Access Curriculum

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I have a student who sees this each time he logs into code.org. It doesn’t happen every day, but it has happened enough times that it is an issue. I’ve tried signing out and back in, restarting the computer, navigating by a different way, but it still ends up on this screen and he cannot access the curriculum. Any insights as to why this might be happening?

Sorry to hear about your student having this issue. It may have to do with tech requirements —check the link below against your student’s browser version.
I would also have your student try a computer that works for other students.

I’d also add … may try resetting the cache in the browser and/or using a different browser, which is also what @paul.rallion 's suggestion of using a different computer would accomplish.

If this is an issue across computers and browsers, reach out to support@code.org and they can maybe look into it.
