Can a student use an empty list that gets filled throughout the duration of the program for 3b? If so, would they submit line 8 or line 50 for 3b (i. The first program code segment screenshot must show how data have been stored in the list)?

@mckiernk You can start with an empty list. However you should follow this guideline: The first program code segment screenshot must show how data have been stored in the list. If the list is receiving filtered or reduced data, the code should show where this is data is coming from.
