If a student is using a list that starts with 1 item (a string) in it and then more strings are added to it through user input, should the screenshot for 3bi (“shows how data have been stored in the list”) be where the list is created with 1 item or where items are appended to the list?

I am not a collegeboard representative, but my gut would be where the user input goes in to the list. This is because the rubric specifically says that a list should not be used to hold only one item. If that is the only piece of code someone reading through quickly might believe this does not meet the requirements of the task.
