Need help with a student project

I have a student who can’t get her project to show anything besides the first topic. Can you help me figure out what is happening? This is a practice Create Task and I know she does not have any parameters so I tried helping on that also.

**Here is the link to her original project: App Lab - Code.org I have tried putting all the if statements into to if - else statements but then nothing shows up. (Here is the csv for the dataset if you need it:

Your database has “anxiety” but your drop down has “Anxiety”.

Change the onEvent type to change instead of click.
