For each app, students:

Created a app share link and put it in a comment on Google Classroom

Made a copy of a Google form (I shared an editable) for Beta testing

Shared the form response URL as a comment in Google Classroom

Installed the Snipping Tool to do screen recording

Recorded other students using their app, making paper notes of comments.
Then I collected their app links, form links and response sheets into a new Google Classroom post so they could give each other feedback later and not duplicate what feedback they already received (and so I can give non-duplicative feedback also):
