Hi folks! In my Professional Learning dashboard I have several courses that are not reaching 100% because the last bubble stays empty even after I complete the optional survey:
Is this a bug?
Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same exact problem and cannot find a solution.
I think I found the solution!
- Previously I was clicking the orange “Continue” button at the bottom of the page. This directs you to a screen telling you you’re finished, but leaves progress at 96%.
- Instead, go to the same page, but instead of clicking the orange “Continue” button, scroll way down further past the white space, and click the second orange “Continue” button. That one completes progress!
